TERMS · PRE-LAUNCH VERSION 1.0

Clear boundaries. No miracle claims.

Last updated 19 August 2026. These plain-language terms reflect the current product, but require approval by a qualified UK legal adviser and completion of the operator’s legal identity before public launch.

1. Eligibility and agreement

Accounts are currently for people aged 18 or over. By creating one, you agree to these terms and the Privacy information.

2. Education, not healthcare

FlatStrong provides general education, visual self-description, training ideas, and self-tracking. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, provide emergency support, or create a clinician–patient relationship. Research summaries and member experiences do not replace individual assessment. Read the Safety guidance before training.

3. Your decisions and safety

Choose a version and dose appropriate to you, use support and a safe environment, and stop for new or worsening symptoms. New one-sided change, marked swelling, numbness, weakness, severe pain, difficulty walking, or urgent concern warrants professional or urgent assessment.

4. Accounts and membership

Keep credentials secure and information accurate. Basic and Pro access are enforced by account level. Paid checkout and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe. Current price, interval, renewal, cancellation, and any trial terms shown at checkout form part of the purchase; statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

5. Community conduct

Post only material you have the right to share. Do not harass, impersonate, spam, expose another person’s private information, make deceptive commercial claims, present a diagnosis as fact, or encourage dangerous conduct. Member posts are public only after explicit confirmation. FlatStrong may hide or remove material and restrict access to protect people or the service. Report and block tools are available on live threads.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of original material you submit. To display and operate material you deliberately publish, the final terms need an adviser-approved, limited service licence and a clear termination rule. That legal wording is a launch blocker and is intentionally not invented here.

7. Availability and changes

Features may change, pause, or fail. Browser-only data can be lost if device storage is cleared; export important records. Material changes to these terms or privacy purposes should be communicated before taking effect where required.

8. Liability, governing law, and contact

Mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded. The operator’s final liability wording, governing law, dispute process, registered identity, address, and contact route must be completed by qualified counsel before public launch.
